Very nice, Does the bag hold it shape when filled with stuff?
Iam guessing the weight of the leather used would determine that, It just seems it would be so easy for the sides to billow out.
You could look for leather used for belts to make the strap ?Comment

^ the sides usually don't billow out as the pleats are quite deep if i remember correctly (at least on the m.a+ bag). in addition, i believe they bake (or at least apply heat) the creases in to retain structure.Comment
