.And very much appreciate the efforts of all who do. ❤
.The leather I posted above plays around the artisanal spirit felt in the pieces you've posted, MJRH.

. . .^ Nice, Laika. Who says leather pants can't be office-appropriate!
Originally posted by Rosenrot View PostOne of my favourite collections from RO, excluding the last photoI can see why, given your recent comment about being drawn to the more dramatic pieces, and how sculptural this particular collection was. Having worked with a number of them, I'd say it's his most, especially where the leathers are concerned. That one was actually hard for a lot of people; you either look amazing in it – or like something that came from outer space.
A different take on the same jacket you posted:
And because you posted the kids in Rick (such a fun shot, so glad you did),
here's a peek at his tiniest leather ensemble yet:
No, there's no Mattel collaboration on the horizon (or this'd be in WTF ages ago). Here's the scoop: Back in 2009, for their 10-year anniversary in the Meatpacking, Jeffrey threw a huge benefit bash, getting nearly all the designers they carry on board with dressing a Barbie-type doll which would be auctioned off to benefit AIDS and breast cancer research charities.
Apparently, 69 dolls were floating around the store that night, dressed in everyone from Raf to Dries (and probably looking better than most of the attendees). Gotta love how Rick did not one, but two – one for the boys, one for the girls. Aaaaw.

That lone Ann buckle belt you posted back there can't possibly be the only leather garb you'd like to see your beautiful 'Gretchen' in.
