    finally

For some time, I wished that there was a plain round toe version of the iconic tabi boots.

    for ss12 aw12, it's granted.

I know it's pretty stereotypical to say that every woman is obsessed with shoes, but a lot of them are. My question is: why? Any insight from anyone would be welcome.

Before anybody bothers biting anything, (including the bait to this pointless question), perhaps casper j might like to provide some insight of their own about why his only other 2 posts, just minutes apart and directly before this one, were delivered in that typical 'trying too hard to get that broken English thing just right', while his post, above, reads more grammatically correct than 90% of SZ's contributing members, lulz..

Also, using UrbanDictionary.com as your one-stop shop for private joke usernames is soooo over. Don't let others do your thinking for you if you can't manage it on your own.

Why it's all simple genetics! Gene dosage effect of Sytl4 (synaptotagmin-like 4). Starting during puberty, elevated levels of Sytl4 induce a compulsive drive to own extensive amounts of shoes or bags (the direction is mainly determined by environmental factors).

I have finally joined the Tabi club! I did consider posting this in the recent purchases thread but I thought it's been filled to the brim with the boys' shoes.

Thanks guys! I saw them a year ago but wasn't ready to buy until I started moving slowly towards the white spectrum.

Ann's Spring '13 footwear c/o Feathers. I like the heeled ankle boots (bottom right in back row), but not sure how I feel about the cut-out wedge versions. I prefer the "so curved that they look like they're about to break" tension rather than having them joined at the bottom. Anyone know if she did any flat sandals? I could really use another pair next spring.
