but either way, im pretty sure her actual size is around 38. hope the ann in 37 will fit.

anyone knows how these fit? looking to get a pair for the sister and she's usually a 38 or so, maybe a 37.5 (fits a guidi in 39)

i know ann sometimes tends to run large, so will a 37 in these be good for her?

That's exactly my size too, and in Ann I usually buy a 37.5, though in some styles a 37 will fit. I've mostly found that older Ann footwear fits larger than more recent seasons (though not always the case!). If possible you should ask for an insole measurement. Anything around 9 3/4" should work.

Nictan, these fit one size large (these are the originals - the reissues have black buckles). Go for it - they will fit perfectly.

just chiming in to agree with Faust....my Ann boots from 2005 are a full size smaller than I usually wear. great boots, lucky sister.

the guidis were actually my gift to her, but turns out those calf-length are a little too hot to wear on a regular basis in tropical weather. trying to find smth else to replace them. dont want to get ankle boots cos everyone's wearing something similar around these parts.

the anns seem like a good choice as it can be slouched down to make it more 'wearable'.

Quick Q, Ann's classic rider boots.... true to size? My fiancee's feet are a US 5 but I spotted some awesome riders tagged as a 36 and want to get them for her but aren't sure if they're gonna be too roomy.

Thanks for your advice everyone I ordered my tabis and they arrived yesterday - took them straight to the best leather repairers in the city for soles. The leather is phenomenally gorgeous, I see exactly what you all meant about the softness. Not for shit-kicking! Picked up a bunch of tabi socks and now I'm impatiently waiting to pick them back up so I can wear them to an event this weekend

I have a pair of his jade green heels but they were shaped differently from what you showed. They ran 0.5-1 size large for me.
