There seems to be a lot more negative assumptions on Bring the Noise than there are on Tiger if any. What makes Tiger a more reliable member? Because he's been here longer or because he is from New York and some of the newyorker knows him personally?

When someone says I don't think Tiger would do such a thing, I want to know what makes you think BTN would? This is the kind of mentality which has allowed Casius to scam half of the forum.

Casius didnt scam people by selling them fakes, he scammed them by not sending out goods he advertized after collecting their money.
I dont know Tiger in real life nor am I defending him, its just a matter that Bring the Noises' evidences are not outside of the realm of variations within a legitimate production run. especially for someone like Rick.'
I have a pair of DRSDW jeans that have absolutely no DRKSDW label on them, I bought them from YOOX, should I accuse them of selling fakes?
My familiarity with the product itself and and understanding of the variations that are possible in production satisfied my concerns.

All in all I really hope that an amicable solution can be devised, I think its really hard to get a fake Rick owens sneakers anyway

The reason I voiced my concern was because it seemed like the issue might be handled a bit inattentively. I'm not saying Bring The Noise is trying to pull a fast one either, but based on what was posted it seemed like they hadn't discussed it very thoroughly yet, which imo should always be done before making any public statements. this is, however, just based on what has been posted here. as for doubting the accusation, I have dealt with Tiger on various matters and believe him to be trustworthy because of my experience.

either way, since the issue was made public, I think it should be followed through here to avoid either one getting an uneccesary reputation. I of course hope its just a misunderstanding.

I know BtN personally and I can vouch for him. Besides I just saw the shoes and compared with mine and the differences are just unbelievable. To think that someone would sell these as authentics is just beyond me.

Anyways, here is what should be a deal breaker...my friend bought over his sneaks and we did a side by side comparison.

The bottom picture are the ones Tiger sent me. The top ones are the authentic ones. notice the complete difference in texture and fabric


On the ones I received from Tiger, the insoles are removable. The authentic ones, they are not.


Everyone knows that Rick Owens item ONLY uses RY zippers. the top ones are the authentic ones. the bottom ones are the zippers on mine.



Ones on the right; Tigers, ones on the left mine. The tongue height is completely different, as is the bottom sole.


The toe shape is different on both.


Here is a gigantic difference. The authentic ones have a attached tongue, while on mine the tongue is detachable


I am not on a personal vendetta. Also, to the people accusing me of owning a fake before...what are the odds that I'd somehow purchase a fake in the exact same colourway, in the exact same size?

made me believed i sold fakes myself
my girlfriend bought it for me and she confirms they were AUTHENTIC
she was quite upset that i sold it so i couldn't confirm with her
until just now

I am not intelligent enough to come up with a high level scheme such as this. How would I even scheme you? Buy a pair of fakes that are the exact same size and colourway? Somehow alter the shoes in a way so they are differerent from the authentics? People on the forum here agree with me that they are fakes. If you believe they are authentic, please refund me, and I will send them back to (i will eat the shipping costs). I will take any picture of the shoe you want, I have nothing to hide.

send back the trainers and if the pairs are the exact ones i have sent you then i will gladly issue you the refund but if you send back different (fake) pairs -which i believe is the 'scheme'- then you are not getting any. fyi, i am surrounded w numerous ro 'specialists' who have witnessed me wearing the trainers.
