age will do that to you. i'm curious as to the average age of members on here, because i can predict once in their thirties, they can wave a lot of these clothes bye-bye.

Keep yourself moving, agile and flexible ...

Yoga is great for keeping the body lean and slender.

i'm too lazy, i like food too much, and yoga's just not for me. as long as i can keep fitting into XL, 52, or 44, i'm OK. most designers have pity on us video-game playing, workaholic thirtysomethings by offering those sizes.

exactly. movement is key. i do find yoga, pilates and dance to be the best, but we already knew that [51] (been especially drawn to hip hop again lately- ballerina gone wack [86])

and well, there is another physical activity [79]

conclusion: taking off your clothes more often may help you keep fitting into them. [87][66][83][86]
let us raise a toast to ancient cotton, rotten voile, gloomy silk, slick carf, decayed goat, inflamed ram, sooty nelton, stifling silk, lazy sheep, bone-dry broad & skinny baffalo.

okay well, I'm about to revive this thread.

                            I'm 5'10 and 132 lbs

all of my weight is in my legs, my upper body is very skinny. Dumb soccer

I have no idea how to lose this muscle in my legs, I go running quite often and try to watch my diet.
This is absolutely pissing me off.

I also suffer from tree trunk syndrome. I'm 6' and 200 lbs. I keep in shape by eating very little (like maybe an apple or a granola bar) all day while I work construction in the heat, then drink beer. Typically liquid diet, haha, but hey, it feels great!
