There are no black panthers anymore , that story was total bullshit. I can elaborate later, but you should be able to find plenty of information about what happened. There were some systemic voting issues, most significant of which remains the unexplained purging of 50,000+ Georgia voters, but the "black panther" thing was nonsense.
