I'm hoping someone can tell me where to find very well made western/cowboy hats in the city. I'm serious.

    Thanks.

      Western Spirit on Broadway.

Billy Martin's used to be a good go-to but it closed a few years back.

Hope the Black Celebration was great! Yet another SZ event that I miss because of prior engagements. Looking forward to seeing pics! I was in the West 4th area and it was easy to spot who was going to the party! I saw all of you guys and your Guidis!!

Haha, it was awesome! Always love seeing the tribe in one place. No pictures - not everything has to be documented.

Glad to hear that! And you're definitely right about the pics, I'll be at the next event!

The best art galleries are Cheim & Read, Galerie lelong, and the many in between on 500 block of w. 24th st, 25th & 26th st (Chelsea)

Moma, Moma ps1, frick collection, MET are all good museums

hotovelli, patron of the new, IF, are all good boutiques (with high prices)

rooftop bars: the press lounge (decent view w/no cover)

The best art galleries are those with the best exhibits in them.

Amazing? I hope so, but highly doubt it. The EDM scene has been thoroughly taken over by bros. NY club scene is dead and has been dead for years.

Though now that I remember the last days of Sound Factory and Tunnel were plenty of beefcake dudes from Jersey without shirts on aimlessly wondering around while on E.

Oh my god, the Tunnel. Some of my favorite things happened in the mezzanine.

^^Indeed, but I'm fine with all that as long as the vibe is good. Say...versus the exact same thing when the vibe isn't good. (i.e. - every current club in NYC)

Let's hope and see. And yeah, The Tunnel was amazing. Used to drive 10 hours from VA to go....

I still think nothing beat Limelight in its heyday.

Anyway, I am more and more considering to make our Black Celebration party a regular (monthly?) event in NYC to provide some antidote to the shitty nightlife here.
