for fucks sake.. I've had an on/off flu for the past month, few days ago I got a nasty cough and now a fever. what next? it's getting pretty boring...

ugh, talk about it. I've had the same for two weeks. been through the nasty cough/fever and just got over it, and I get hit with massively overflowing sinuses today.

I've constantly had a runny nose for mostly all my life, until now! Have gotten a spray which contains some sort of cortisone. I have to spray it everyday though, but I have never felt this clear in my nose besides when I was in greece and swam in salt water.

fluticasone propionate? thats what I use for my allergy.

have you tried using some sort of saline spray?

if you haven't heard A Place to Bury Strangers / Skywave, I really recommend you to look for these. might not find Skywave in FLAC though, if you are into that.

I suck at genres but Tim Hecker I think, is ambient. Monolake and Robert Henke also popped up in my mind... and if you haven't heard Kashiwa Daisuke - Program Music I, you should give it a listen. can't recommend it enough. so good
