Reason? Dad wants to take a rest, catch up with some family here (although I think he's more excited to play some golf more than anything else). So, we're hauling the whole family down, all 14 of us

i quit smoking!

but i do enjoy the smoking to be honest, although i kicked my addiction... question is, what are the negatives of e - cigarettes? i started running a mile a day and want to improve on this, so do e - cigarettes have any negative effects, particularly on your lungs?

i don't know about e-cigarette effects but if you're simply worried about it affecting your lung capacity while running it's not going to be a noticeable impediment unless you're training to get up to marathon distances (10+). if you just quit smoking and are trying to get in better health, e-cigarettes sound like a really horrible idea though.

on the reverse side of that, i quit smoking for a month in the chance that i might have to take a drug test recently. took one hit last night and was completely blazed. having no tolerance is awesome.
