I'm not saying it only applies to Kendrick. But that doesn't make it any less odd.

The reason is that his music seems to be so concerned politically with the lives of poor black people and it seems odd if those people are not the ones who enjoy it most.

They do, but they can't afford the ticks. Actually I was at the Yeezus tour in chicago and it was pretty diverse. I honestly don't think our youth discriminates. They just like good music.
