available from Southern Lord Records, the Japanese import, not avail. in the States yet...<DIV><BR class="khtml-block-placeholder"></DIV><DIV>more a downtempo, woozy record, kind of like "Mabuta no Ura" but with singing on most of the tracks -- and Wata sings on the title track! Oh and I butchered the guest artist's name, it's Michio Kurihara (the guitar impresario, of Ghost etc...)</DIV><DIV><BR class="khtml-block-placeholder"></DIV><DIV>now listening to !!! -- "Myth Takes", preparing for the concert next month!</DIV>

I find all his releases redeemable with a careful listen. However, I usually 'forget' about his CD after I listen to it if that makes sense. I guess it's the lack of melodies and stuff. Then when I pop the CD back in I'm like 'Oh yeah...' and I am again familiar with it.</p>

The man has such a masterful way of music.</p>

I like all of his work to be honest (I'm pretty sure I have all his releases and many bootlegs). I find Squarepusher to be one of the most melodic "electronic" artists out there, I wish I could forget about his tunes because they seem to get stuck in my head. This one is very melodic, it's quite close to Hard Normal Daddy in a way, but it doesn't feel like he's repeating himself either.

Quite true, he's always progressing in his sound which is hard to do if you're doing instrumental electronic music. Now I need to go back and listen to the latest album again..</p>
