Can't see what you linked but I'm so all about the new GYBE. AOTY contender and best album of theirs since Lift.

Have had a friend telling me to listen to Son Lux for a while and resisted because I usually don't like his music recommendations.. sadly have found myself sucked in for the past month and can hardly wait for their new album. I find it the perfect music for reading and/or working on a project.. anyone else have any similar recommendations?

Loads of guff bout them sounding like John Cooper Clarke * Suicide or Mark E Smith gone even more ranty, but my roommate walks by the other day and nails it: "Oh, it's like Brick Top learned to rap."

No better proof punk ain't dead though.

Seriously? I find it very lacking compared to Allelujah! (which was top tier).

It's an emotional thing. I'm at a weird transition in my life, and the drama of Piss Crowns fits the bill perfectly.

I have linked to Mono, a japanese post-rock band. I have never heard of GYBE before but I'm hooked after trying some of their tracks. Their symphonic arrangement reminds me of Mono in some way with less swirled guitar sound but as emotional as Mono's track

That's a good one. Sabbath is one of the most beautiful tune.
