Re-reading American Psycho in preparation for The Informers and to balance it, re-reading for the umpteenth time Lieblose Legenden by Wolfgang Hildesheimer, which is brilliant.
Also, I keep trying to read Half Asleep in Frog Pajamas by Tom Robbins, which I know is going to be great, but second person narrative is hard to adjust to... anyone read it?
Now I have to return some videotapes.Hi. I like your necklace. - It's actually a rape whistle, but the whistle part fell off.

Fleursdumal.org is dedicated to the French poet Charles Baudelaire (1821 - 1867), and in particular to Les Fleurs du mal (Flowers of Evil). The definitive online edition of this masterwork of French literature, Fleursdumal.org contains every poem of each edition of Les Fleurs du mal, together with multiple English translations — most of which are exclusive to this site and are now available in digital form for the first time ever.
Definitive source for that book.
