If you were serious about the jacket, in my opinion it looks like a leather jacket from dior homme "red" collection. I have a leather jacket from that season which looks pretty much exactly the same (although my one has seams running across the entire jacket) with the neck closing and double zippers.

I don't think he was but you're definitely correct about it being Dior Homme by Hedi Slimane, which is what's listed on the photo.
