the boots are about $2200, so I can imagine the sandal boot combo is somewhere between 2K and 3K.

PS: I love a strappy man sandal...however, this is a total miss for me.

I can't remember where I saw pics of these but when separated, the sandal looks decent but I'm not a fan of the boot.

IMHO it's a case of the whole not being greater than the sum of its parts...

Oh, its got a leather sole and is completely functional as a boot. CCP calls it a rain boot. So you have both sole styles offered for the season with this one. The rainboot and the goodyear welted. The sum and all its parts can be worn individually while out and about.

The entire piece is placed in dying barrels post fabrication. Poell's technique for producing leathers has evolved to the point where "object dying" has become necessary; because he is "object tanning" pieces which are constructed with rawhides.
