those augusta's are quite nice.. Maybe even worth considering despite the terminal decline of the AUD. Pip, is EM picking up the FW Augusta's? or have they already stopped carrying the line?

yeah, its so last year. the wool is insane, its not really thick, but you can wear a light sweater and be in freezing temps and still feel cozy, collar is amazing, very joy division. the whole coat has lots of flair w the mud flaps. no idea on the sizes. last year they only sold a couple probably due to the jan/feb drop date, earlier this fall they sold 3 or 4 once they brought them out again...

that coat was so anticipated that i literally heard about the shipment and grabbed it out of the box and bought it on the spot. the sa's later revealed they hated me because they never even got to try on the one 46 bc it never made it to the rack...

Just got back from Moscow, visited quite a few stores there, quite insane really. One in particular Podium had a Atelier-esque Menswear selection larger than Barneys. I walked in wearing a lot of Julius at the time and caught the [CCP/RO/Japan] buyer Sasha attention, who mistaked me for someone at Julius in Tokyo, long story short. Got a VIP treatment, was taken to a private back room, they had a huge CCP selection [with awesome pricing as well, many pieces and shoes on sale]. Was able to try on the 1 of 1 bright yellow leather jacket from SS08, quite beautiful but was already spoken for. Ended up snagging a glue seamed gitter suit at a nice price.

Was really amazed at the volume all these moscow stores carried, makes LA and NY seem like small potatoes. Apparently more than 50% of their CCP sales are all private custom orders. So much to say about Moscow, but this doesnt seem like the place...

the suit was ~1500euro, they had boots/shoes for 800-1000. Really random, older pieces carried heavier discounts, but it was difficult to tell because rather than marking items down, they just re-priced items lower...they don't like 'sales'

as far as shipping goes...i really dont know..after a week there...im not sure i would trust the russian government to do anything..maybe dhl? I should have asked..but the staff does speak english..at least some do...
