It could be a reedition, made in 2009, from a last shape of another season.
Derbies are never the same, season after, there's always a difference, even slight, in the shape, like for any designer.

You can crush them. It's required to wear them. Thin layers of kangaroo & aluminum.

Its awesome boots ! i tried them in shop , but when you make a step you foot get out of the boot. You need some kind of rubber bend to have this boot constructed as you want =)
