seriously, wish he was more accessible. couldn't even find the cerutti stuff anywhere.
Japan is pretty much the only semi-reliable country to find Taralis or Cerruti. Not that you could fit anything he ever produced. Even his size 46 fits tight on me and I can wear DH 44.

You're a size 42? You have my sympathies if you like blazers.

i'm really glad he is doing menswear for s/s09. it's been such a pain trying to find his unisex items in my size, and i tend to not fit their cut too well either.

I agree with you on this completely. His ideas and personality kinda make me want to support him a little more, not that the designs are not worthy on there own, and work for me personally.

Interesting pics posted; I've heard of Taralis many times but I've only seldom seen his work. I really like some of the things posted... especially the double breasted trench that's technically NOT double breasted (a zipper instead). A very interesting 'twist" on a classic that makes it wearable but not boring.

The Han Solo pants are interesting, too, though I could see them getting old very fast if you actually owned them, just because that stripe across the crotch is pretty high-profile and would tend to draw attention to itself... IMHO!

Next time I'm in Tokyo I shall have to look at Taralis' stuff in person.

That's an extremely low button stance.

Not to mention the uber-low gorge as well. Didn't like it when Carol and Guesquiere did it, not liking it now either.

I like the low button, as long as the jacket isn't too short.
