Ok, so new Rick Owens X Chrome Hearts collaboration is in exclusively at Maxfield.
It's a high collar, asymmetrical zip leather jacket with mink fur lining and chrome hearts silver details on the zipper and even the inner label is done in silver. The fit was actually really quite good on the jacket, but there's probably a few better ways to spend 25K.

Also, there's a women's coat to match; It was a leather and mink tie front jacket.
All of the jackets are made to order through Maxfield.

Mike, DHC, and I put in our order already. ;)

Yup, saw em this weekend and they are not worth the price.....at all. For $300 more you can get the OG leather version.

yea, for the US retail of the canvas ones you can almost get the dunkz, which are a lot more complex. the canvas ones are really simple. if they were half the price or leather, I might actually be interested.

the Chrome Hearts collabo was pretty funny. sadly, the cut of the jacket was awesome, wish Rick would do the same cut in a regular jacket sans fur and chrome daggers

seconded, though I must admit the fur felt really good against my skin. Funny that it is being released for the S/S season non? I am actually puzzled by that move as it would be way too hot for the summer months, especially for LA where it happens to be exclusively released.

Don't know the prices, but I am sure it will be through the roof because of the leather. BTW, I think they are on sale at 60% off (if they are from last season), but I am not sure...

There is a black leather pair on ebay and the seller says they retailed for $1100 at Joan Shepp; I don't know if that helps.

let's put it this way: they weren't afraid to ask $4000 for those ridiculous men's ostrich ankle boots. i seriously thought they were joking when they told me. a comparable boot from dries retailed for $1400.
