Yes, on the street, some ppl are really up their own asses, but during Fashion Weeks, it's generally pretty easy (save for the big names)

i see Bill Cunningham on 57th & 5th ave. a lot, there are times you can clearly tell he wants to stop people and photograph them, but new yokers generally walk so fast and aggressively and he often appears to be intimidated by them.

there are times people do stop and say hi to him.
