Thoughts on YY linen fedora at A? Never thought I would wear a fedora, but this is tempting.

Also I kind of like that Ann D black-painted hat, but it seems a little scarecrow-ish and not very realistic to wear very often.

What do you guys think? Also, anyone know the prices on these? Just curious. Thanks!

I tend to think that with any kind of traditionally shaped hat, it's silly to get one from a designer. Lawrence and Foster, and Locke and Co will do better made, beautiful, bespoke hats for a fraction in the price in a wide array of materials.

For something truly unique, of course it's a consideration.

Agreed, I picked up a classic shaped hat from Akubra who makes the iconic Aussie outback hat and it works pretty well with YY garments for a fraction of the price.
