I think it is a womens piece , The Detailed pics make it look a lot nicer. It reminds me of a Kaftan and could work really well with BBS style pants that are also very reminiscent of Sherwani bottoms.

Would love to see that with a pair of boots would be a nice departure from the dress formula of late
