    Re: Yes or No?

i like that trench. the only thing that would make me hesitant is the fact that it's not lined as per the pictures from ebay.

I think you should keep it, it keeps with your aesthetic.

I think it looks great. If it wouldn't be down to my knees I definitely would've bought it off you.

                Re: Yes or No?

honestly I think the coat looks a little off on you, and I dont think it's you, I think it's the coat. I've also experienced the feeling of uncertainty about clothes, and would end up almost never wearing them, and I've never regretted selling them away. I say, trust your gut feeling, it's your perception that counts the most after all; if there's one percent of awkwardness then I think it should tell you something...

                  Re: Yes or No?

^^It's nice but I agree with Khiev that it just seems a little off. Maybe it's just the way you have it buttoned, but it seems to flare a bit too much at the bottom and overwhelm you just slightly.

it's just not a good piece as unfortunate as that is.

The collar is a nice concept but in the end looks odd. Paired with the very flat, rectangular look of the buttoned coat it just comes off looking not so flattering or sharp. The fabric is of course amazing, but... fabric can't save bad design.

I say part with it. Even RO has misses every so often.

Ok, the day of reckoning - Faust in leather pants. The only thing I don't like about them personally is the way they look in front - they are a little.. ahem, too sexy. Otherwise I think they work because of the deep brown color and absolutely no sheen. I like them best paired with a knee-length coat which downplays them. They are by Collection Privee?, so the lambskin is fantastic (and I love the contrasting stitching, and + stitching at the knee). Still, yay or nay?

their truest color is on this pic, very dark brown

                        Re: Yes or No?

I think, if anywhere, NYC is the place I would personally feel the most comfortable trying to pull off leather pants. That said, I think they fit you really well. In the end though, I wouldn't keep them if you won't wear them out, no matter how good the fit or quality.

                          Re: Yes or No?

i like them - the quality looks quite good in the close-up and the contrast stitching is really appealing. however, if you feel like you have to downplay/conceal them in a way to wear them - you might not be completely content with them in the long run.

Leather pants look great faust! I find wearing leather pants somewhat empowering [H] I am really impressed by the quality to price ratio of Collection Privee leather stuff, it's fantastic. Does anyone know if they have a website or any collection photos online, I came up with nothing.

anyone try on raf's sleeveless blazers? wondering if they function like a waistcoat.. or if it just looks funny.

can't really see the sexy front in your pics... but everything else looks in place- i'd keep em if you'd actually wear them out.

Faust, I like them. The color and the stitching make them more "rustic" and workable, I think. They will look fantastic with greys and dusty blues, and those earthy tones that you are fond of. Also, if you pair them with thick, textured sweaters--like Dries or Branquinho styling--the, ahem, "sexiness", will be mitigated.

And they will keep you so warm!
