What do you guys think of a combat boots going with a rider jacket plus skinny jeans like cheap monday, april 77 or APC petit standards?

Combat boots i am looking at are these DBSS ones but not sure how bulky/masculine they are.

going for a similar look to here as Jsebbe with the Dior combat -

not for me personally but it's a classic and if there's ANY brand to buy a white leather from, it's mmm. first few stains are gonna hurt but after heavy use it will look better i think, worn with real simple grayish/beige stuff and some jeans. it needs dressing down...

More of an either/or:

Box Calf Safari Biker or Oiled Lamb Stooges?

I went with the safari because I thought the stooges was a little thick/bulky looking. Something about the heavy leather with the jacket and pocket linings looked bunched up strangely due to the slim fit. Having some second thoughts now though...

Keep the safari

I know the stooges gets a lot of love here due to the fact it has a very broad appeal and goes with almost everything. I agree it is a classic style

However I bought the box leather safari and although apprehensive at first, I couldn't be more happier with my choice. The cut is excellent ( spot on for a copy of the Mollino IMO) and I really like the texture of the box leather.

I have always liked grainy leather with a hint of oil, not too formal and not too rough. I really do think it's an underappreciated piece from Rick

A choice between 2 Rick Owens Classics

I'm deciding on whether to buy:

1. The Rick Owens Crust Collection Samuai with leather arms

OR

2. The Rick Owens 2009 Funnel Neck White to Black gradient leather

What do you guys think? Which is the bigger classic and harder to find?

Ah yes. That's what I'm leaning towards.

BTW-that's the best fit pic of the Samurai that I've seen. Makes me wanna buy.

So, now I'm gonna get 2 Julius leathers (bordoux and gray) and then the Samurai. I'm going to tap my clothing budget for a damn good while....yikes.

i like the sellam one - have never handled any of his work though. to me the rick shearling looks kinda 'cheap'.

i have not been too impressed with any of the ro outerwear this season. the toggle feels flimsy, the point collar shearling looks like a raf abomination and the down flight jacket is straight stay-puff. the hooded felted jacket is nice but feels like a 2.5k felt jacket

i like the dual fabrics on the rick better , i actually do kinda like the sellam also but if you alrdy have a lot of full leathers id say get the rick one for sure
