Only makes sense if you tuck in a shirt, if you wear it over he pants they won't look too different from other pants. That shirt should be a dress shirt though, a normal longsleeve looks weird in my opinion.

Just got the astaire's today, first pair of pants that made me laugh as I button them up and I realized the waistband was going to be halfway to my nipples. They actually look pretty cool but I don't think I'm adventurous enough to keep them.

Could you not just wear the Astaires lower on the hips for a ore traditional rick dropped look? Seems like that could be an option, at least for those with narrow hips.
