Seriously though...when I bought my Guidis, I had obsessed over the same pair for nigh on a year. The best feeling about getting a grail is the personal attachment and attraction you have to that piece. It can't be dictated or guided...it's a feeling and it's an obsession from the aesthetics of a particular design.

I can't imagine asking for suggestions with something like boots or outerwear that I have such strong feelings for to begin with. Doesn't matter if anyone else thinks it's cool or whatever. All that matters is that it moves you and you alone.

Go with your heart and you'll be happy. Don't go with someone else's.

Faust, of course you are right. The topic is getting on my own nerves already. There are reason's why it is such a persistent problem. The main reason is that there is not Atelier or The Archive round the corner to check the boots out where I live. Ordering shoes and sending them back because they did not fit was a complete mess and too expensive for me to do it again all too soon.
By the way, do you keep records of all the members?

I have a question for people who have already seen this bag: what is the size of the leather strings? Are they adjustable? They seem a bit short on these pics, and I have not found any worn pic, but if there is no possibility to play on the strings I am afraid that one has to carry it very high, no? And what about its robustness / quality of construction?
