About CCP derbies: they usually fit a size bigger than boots, so be careful, size 7 might equals a 42. But this year they come with extra insoles, so 7 = 42 but with insole they can fit a 41.

Sizing on those are fairly consistent compared to past Drkshdw denim. My experience has been about right on point with the tagged size. The only caveat to that is the really low rise that might make them feel a bit tighter in the obvious places.
I'd say go with your normal sizing for a tight fit, bump it up one size for a little bit looser fit.
Also, if you were thinking about buying at Oak, you may want to browse Yoox for these. Yoox has a bunch of various incarnations of this jean between the women's and men's section for damn near dirt cheap.

I've been looking to purchase my first pair of drkshdw jeans as well. I looked mainly at yoox, and with the 1)pics making every pair look nearly the same, 2)modeling that can make a pair of skinny (as stated in description) look straight and straight look skinny, and 3)knowing the wild nature of sizing of drkshdw jeans, it makes for a difficult purchase.

so yea.... just ranting about the love-hate relationship with yoox...

Anyone have comments on the DD beanies? I'm considering the one from Darklands but the cashmere one (from Oki-Ni) seems nice as well. Is it the same model or are they different and is it possible to get the cashmere one in black?
