i bought that blazer as an xmas present for someone. i got her a 40 but the sleeves weren't as narrow as i thought they would be and it was a bit big for her in the waist. i thought forme d was supposed to run small? anyways its a really cool jacket, the pockets are fantastic! there is a button on the inside too that can be utilized. she thought it looked best unbuttoned or just with the top one done tho.
