next time, go to J&J harmony on university place. there's a korean guy i take my basic alterations to. i don't think it would cost that much for the same job there, but it's worth asking..

nah going got the zipper, they have to get a antiqued zipper since brass is too yellowish and silver is too shiny. they have to remove the velcro and then carefully sew the zipper from bottom to top. And i negotiated free drycleaning for my grey CCP suit...hahahahah

ah, i see. zipper job plus suit dry cleaning for that price seems more reasonable.

i'm wondering you can get a antiqued zipper in the garment district to have them install. preferable an excella or riri. but last i checked, they only sell new looking ones..

i had the same problem with a lumen et umbra silk sweater with raw hems. i always wear it under something now and keep finding myself fiddling with the sleeves. id also like to know how to fix this!
