I want to say it's the SS version of oiled calf because of the sheen and the stitching.

I think that's from FW10 Gleam oiled calf. I had a high neck one from before

it's probably yet another common spelling/phonetic used by those sites for something totally different. i would guess a misspelling of eastpak, but i've seen leathers with that description, so it's anyones guess.
