I have a drkshdw one from 2012 or 2013, I'm 1.83 and it doesn't touch the floor. Close to it, but doesn't touch it.

Is there any way to get a hold of Guidi's customer service? I've tried to contact them via their customer service email (customerservice@guidi.it) regarding trying to procure a new zipper for my 988's, and it's been almost 10 days and no reply. Do they just not give a shit, or do they tend to take a while to get back to inquiries?

^ yeah I did the same, they got back to me within 2 days after my second attempt.
They sent me free zippers for my 988s with free shipping.

I suggest you send them another email. Try to send it during Italian business hours

Does anyone know of a brand of laundry detergent/fabric softener which has a natural smell? I like the smell of newly washed clothes and bed linen, but I'm not a big fan of the synthetic mall brands...
