Hey all. This may seem stupid to a few of you, but how do you wash your expensive tees/shirts/sweaters etc? Is it safe to throw in the laundry machine or should I only hand wash? (E.g. regular DRKSHDW tees and stuff)
Been slowly building a better wardrobe and hand washed everything, but would like some more input.

Handwash and air dry is always preferable. Doesn't take much effort - I do it all the time.

The button closure on the back made me quite curious, as I've never seen that type of closure before on A1923 boots. Does anyone have any info on them? I assume they're from a fairly early collection.

Yeah. Got a pair from structuralism and heimat. Both had sole cracked :(

Same here. Also don't bend your feet. The lace holes are very fragile as well.

1000€ for a pair of shoes, should be vibrammed from the start because the sole cracks and also feet should not be bent while walking.
Seems good investment for item that is made for walking.

I'd advise the salomon collab shoes from bbs only, the mainline shoes are rather laughable quality for the price.

This may sound somewhat tongue-in-cheek, but I feel like, in terms of silhouette, if CCP's derbies represent the Platonic idea for the derby shoe, then current BBS mainline bambas are pretty close to the Platonic idea of skateboarding flat sole sneakers. I love the idea of its Vans-based anatomical shape, also the workmanship and treatment aren't too bad if not too crazy. We all know he's a stubborn guy - there must be a numerological explanation for the choice of the "cork" sole otherwise they could've just used exactly the same rubber of Vans' sole for a lot cheaper.
