Sock Ramones - Men vs Women Fit

Hi, I read on several threads and there seems to be ambiguity over the sizing and shoe last difference between Men and Women "unisex" shoe styles like the Geobaskets and Sock Ramones. A size 39 Geobasket for Women is different from Size 39 Men.

Anyone with a definitive answer to this?

So I got these a while back, just started to wear them and they're a pain. My other geobaskets are a breeze to walk in and didn't need much breaking in, any tips as to how to break these in would be most welcome.

I have the same ones in black, but they have the same sole so this should be applicable. The first time I wore them was to four day convention. Probably walked 12 miles in them. They made my feet hurt like hell, but a week after that they were pretty comfortable. I think your easiest way to make it easier on yourself is to wear some thick boot socks while you're breaking them in.
