Mate, 50 bucks to make your 1200 bucks sneakers last forever doesn't strike me as pricey. Looks really good.
Hi. I like your necklace. - It's actually a rape whistle, but the whistle part fell off.

So does your pair have like a little 'heel' now thanks to the insert? I think I prefer sphoxx's version where it was inserted into the crepe / sole so as to keep it flat.

It's a lot more hard wearing than the sole so it was placed at a strategic point that gets a lot of wear.

True, but since sneakers started costing $1200 revisionism naturally polluted reason.

Speaking of which - on the inner part of my sneakers one of the back panels that's sewn shut to keep the 'padding' blew almost completely off. Don't think I can or should wear them until I get them fixed - does anyone know if I could ship them to the place where people are having their repairs done in New York to have the repairs done / and Sphoxx's inserts put in? I don't know if there's anywhere around here that can do it.

taps weren't my choice, but they never last long anyways

Forgive my ignorance but is it possible to put on the rubber sole without the taps?
