Irregularities in dye shades/scarring/blotchiness etc would be ok but I dunno, that just looks like the paint was scratched off, just personal opinion.

It looks like ACA-EDGE, 100% wool indeed. I've never seen a gloved high neck coat (01/01 I suppose) and would be curious to see the reality of it.
