i just got a rick leather ballcap and while aesthetically i like the classic snapback closure but honestly it's going to fall apart like any other snapback which is disappointing. oak has a leather one with a velcro over leather closure for a fraction of the price, because of the treatment/leather, which seems like a better decision as far as functionality is concerned. i feel like a coke dealer in 1994. all in all i am pleased with it sans the closure. is there anything i can do to reinforce or change the closure without ruining the cap?

These days I buy more fabric and leather than garments but this just arrived in the mail:
Cloak AW04 shawl collar super chunky knit in black.
Brand new, never worn with the tag still with sharp edges.
Over 8 years old and in this condition... I couldn't pass it up.www.AlbertHuangMD.com - Digital Portfolio Of Projects & Designs

I've been searching for this viridi anne's shearling for a long long time...
{the one on the right]
Found it somewhere available for a reasonable price but i was broke then....
however my wealthy friend said he liked it and he just bought it..of course, for himself.
anyways, it arrived few days ago and i just jumped on it
it's super warm. i can just wear a tank or a Tshirt underneath and expose myself in the -10c air without shivering.
leather is really smooth. it looks thick yet the thickness all comes from the fur lining. leather itself isn't as thick as i thought before.
well, the fur lining isn't as comfortable as i imagined.

Got into the city this weekend and the gf scored some amazing deals. There are some Elena Dawson dresses and one long coat left at Cahier in Montreal. Definitely worth inquiring if you're a fan.
The Dries booties are amazing imho...the contrast in materials material and color work so well.
Also, I wasn't extremely familiar with Sakai. Very interesting pieces. The diffusion line is stuff that I'd love to see her in daily.
