great eye...she is 5 months, just weaned. she will grey and finish around 16.2, hopefully a tad smaller then that but as long as the brain is tuned to the body I can live with height. no more sheaths to clean,

I'm just happy to finally see an instance of the word "horse" in this thread that's not in reference to a pair of shoes.

16.2 isn't too tall! My own grey lady is 17.1 and she even looks small compared to a lot of dressage-bred horses these days.

Because given the special set of circumstances I have to work with, gas (unfortunately), was not an option.

That is legitimately sad :( After 2 years of an electric stove, gas cooking is now a requirement for me when renting an apartment, everything else can wait. Hope the induction works out for you!!
