i would say ma+ still produce very nice leather but to compare the wallet and bags i bought before 2012 they were very stiff and thick,the wallet i ve bought last year wear very soft and got bit thinner i believe it was 14ss ,and the latest leather piece are still very soft and thin,i have also handled some piece after 2012, maybe he changed the treatment of leather? or he just used different leather? -

Hey I actually just bought those same 986s, but I was bit surprised with the color. The picture made them seem like black with a bit of red, but these are more red but just much darker. How do you feel about them?
