    Sorry, won't start bitchfight ;D

Realize that it's not everyones taste, it's not meant as casualwear - just so you don't think I'd walk out on the streets with that and a pair of jeans :P Individual tastes makes the (fashion)world go around so. See many things here I love, and many things I despise - it's all part of it.

                  Re: Your recent purchases

A few acquisitions in the past 1.5 months:

Rick Owens Dual layered l/s shirts X2 (thanks Joey[75] )

wjk black hook closure shirt, the Viridi-Anne dual layered pants

Carol Christian Poell brown waxed zipped jacket

m.a+ reverse calf wallet (couldn't resist, I've had the same wallet since high school), Julius silver metal cuff/bracelet, Julius large gasmask bag

Carol Christian Poell A/W 2007-2008 leather Overlock jacket - this has a nice story to it. About a month and a half ago, I get a rather unexpected large package in the mail from Europe. I sign for it, open it up and if you can imagine a heavenly angelic chorus occuring at the same time, a CCP leather overlock staring right back at me. Apparently my girlfriend was traversing through Europe, couldn't resist picking this up for me, bought it and shipped it back to me.

                        Re: Your recent purchases

Haha thanks JF^^^ I think it was kind of a "I feel sorry for you" gift after I bought her a ring. She felt she had to reciprocate after I spent a lot of money buying her a ring. It's sort her way of asking me "will you marry me?"

                          Re: Your recent purchases

If I remember right, I believe she got it in L'Eclaireur in Paris. Apparently she got it at an unbelievable price at that time.

edit: I should also mention that I did propose, but it was sort of informal "hey will you marry me" and she shrugged "yeah sure". We've been going way too long, that the formality of a "wow" engagement doesn't seem to faze us.

                              Re: Your recent purchases

a size 52 actually. It's a touch big , a 50 would've been perfect. The problem is that it is way too hot out in Chicago to wear it. So I plan on using it during the fall and layer underneath which makes the size 52 perfect for the crap weather to come.

I have tendency to take it out of the garment bag and stare at it for an hour, try it on, then put it back.

it'll be perfect for the winter. the fencing jacket i have is a 50, but i could've done a 48 for a tight fit (no layering). but the leather is so nice and heavy and the smell of the leather is the best. my closet smells like ccp leather, it rules.
