Are these the same as the ones on Darklands? I have been looking for these as well, but don't want to pay full price.

yep, they are. love them to pieces. worked in them today at rackrooms (deichmann in europe) which is a multinational low price shoe chain store. a woman came up to me and asked "They are beautiful! did you buy them here?" I couldn't keep my mouth shut and laughed " No offense but these babies costs 20 times more than the shoes in here"

It weirded her out....... god, this job makes me bitter.

Lol, awesome story. Do you wear them with shorts?

                  • I wish. I don't own any shorts. Plus, we aren't allowed to wear shorts at work. I only have one pair of trousers now, dark grey slim cut jeans that stack a little. I look forward to short season. I would love to wear them with those drop crotch leggings they wore in the SS09 runway show. too bad they never got produced :(

I also purchased my first women's item (AnnD coat) about a month ago from a board member. I got over the issue that it was a women's piece quickly once I saw how awesome and unique it really was. Haven't had a chance to wear it yet..

you resemble Darth Sidious in the first pic

2nd fit pic - I dunno if it's just the pose or what, but someting about how the jacket just kinda hangs in mid air above your body...I dunno. Maybe it works better in movement.

Hahaha, I didn't know who darth sidious was until I just googled it. I was playing with a scarf I just brought back from a trip. I don't think I'm going to actually wear it with the coat. The coat has a great oversized hood that is more than enough in that regard.

Also, yeah this piece is extremely blousy but has tons of drawstrings for endless possibilities. Theaddict sent me photos of numerous ways this thing can be worn. I really love it myself but I can see how it is not for everybody.

Being a poor teenager such as myself has driven me towards having to purchase bargain bin womens clothing that is as androgynous as possible. Most of my clothing is actually womens thrift store purchases and purchases from places like Zara and Winners. It's actually quite fun looking through tons of clothing and finding a gem at an absolutely amazing price.
