Nouvaeu riche!!! Next time I go with you to the sale :-)
I went today and there was a nice pair of pants that had no price tag. I waited in line, and some biatch at the register, who obviously doesn't know her ass from her elbow, told me that they are $140 after 70% off of wholesale, which would make them more than $400 wholesale, and $1k retail. It was obviously useless to argue, so I just left.

Sample sales are great but personally I like to pay a bit more and get exactly what I want rather than get things because they are cheap not to mention having to deal with the crowds and merchandise that's been handled a million times. That's just me though.

That's why I go to Friends & Family so I have my choice before the hoards of Daily Candy readers get there.

They didn't have one thing I wanted so it was pointless for me plus doesn't change the fact stuff has been handled all season long as they are samples.

Imressive skirt. Was it inspired by these traditional himalayan skirts that use so much fabric they are over 10m long at the hem? I've always loved those

I'm not sure I'm familiar with those, but if I recall correctly, the visual references for the collection were meant to be as ambiguous - or just plain baffling - as possible (hence the coneheads, perspex face contraptions, giant knitting needles, etc). I guess you'd have to ask Hussein...
