I have this same jacket in raw denim, haven't worn it in ages, a significant portion of my wardrobe cant be worn anymore because I've gotten too fat for the pieces

I'd be saddened if that were Devoa. The piece is exactly a Linea construction down to the fabric texture!

I was going by the two frontal shots from the original posting... looked like there may have been a center back seam on that one? versus this back view of the Devoa. This Devoa one is definitely different :)

Either way, Devoa needs to make their way stateside!

The Archive has been stocking Devoa for a season or two now. The jackets from fall were all amazing, especially the heavy cotton/cashmere zip jacket.

The new Devoa jacket at archive is phenomenal. If only the shoulders were 1/2-1" wider ... sigh. Also, picked up http://www.getboards.com/snow/twinti...nforcer_zm.JPG They're ugly, but I figure they'll be covered in snow all the time.

Haha, I like Devoa. From those first shots I was just surprised. Comment rescinded.

I've not had the pleasure of talking to Daisuke-san personally (yet) but Masato-san and I have talked about him. Going from a wrestler to a designer.

Masato-san has been great. I hope to be able to head to Tokyo at some point to meet and see his store! I'm sending him some pieces later on this week with all other stores receiving the sample SS10 pieces as well so I'm pretty excited but busy as all hell.


We should reinvigorate the Devoa thread....
