i dont think you can wear a size3 as they run slim, maybe a 4 or 5 but i am sure not if they ever make. Heres are the stocklist i have, hope it help

does anyone know how these damir shorts fit ? will they fit me in a size 44 if i wear size 3 in my N(N) jeans, size 29-30 in my diors or in my ann trousers size XS ?

I'm guessing you're a 31-32" waist?
For the pleated ones, I'd go with a 46 if you're closer to the 32" range.

hmmm, my jeans measure about 40cm laid flat.

sizing for a 44 is nowhere available ?

Might wait for someone who has them in that size but I'd say a 44 would be 30" if a 46 is 32". I had a 48 originally that was a little over 34".
