ok while i understand people are pissed at this person for reselling, how are any of these things reportable Listing Practices, Search and Browser Manipulation, Misusing a Brand Name? He did something bad ethically but not enough to be reported.

gotcha, but i see sellers always ref other brands, in fact i would do it too, items that most of us on sz are hard to sell on ebay, additionally, i appreciate people doing that at times because i look for very niche stuff

well, it is against ebay policy, and often its just shameless keyword spamming used to push some crappy items. but this is a whole other discussion..

augusta : size 9/42, brown derby, nice patina surface, medium brown, $800

carpe : 5 hole brown boot, marked a size 9, stamped 43 on the bottom, $1080? or $1020? one of those two, medium brown, upper in pretty godo condition, some wear on the heel portion, no vibram. These I tried on and they could fit a 42 if you don't mind a lot of room in the toe box, it has the classic carpe upturn at the end... little too much pressure on the ball of my foot

That BBS Blazer fits super slim. I am 48-50 and the XL was tight.

I think the store here cleared these out for about $299, so there may be room for negotiation if the guy is looking for a quick sale. I was a day late and someone bought all of what was left.
