You may have seen this one in a 44 but you might want to check the actual measurements to see if this one would work on you with some alterations, depending on how badly you want it.
I don't know anything about the seller or the price...just saw it and thought I'd pass it along to you:

I had a pair of buttero combats for a few days before they went back to barneys. They ran really big, I ALWAYS wear a 41 but had to get a 40 in the butteros. They're pretty decent boots and the reverse calf looks nice.
