If anyone has a Rick hanger they wanna sell let me know. I bought the Berger blazer from Palais Royal and was kinda surprised they don't give you the hanger (or even the tags). Ordinarily this wouldn't bother me, but due to the cut of the shoulders, all my hangers are too big and are causing protrusions near the top of the sleeve

I'm surprised that one of the stores wouldn't ship you one free of charge. It's not really asking that much. Have you contacted any of the stores?

No I haven't, I bought a leather from the Rick store in London, and the blazer from Palais Royal. At both stores they took the tags and didn't give me the hanger, so I thought they must just not give them to customers.

I guess it must depend on the store. IF Soho carries RO, Dries, Ann D., Junya, CdG Homme+ and they usually give you the hanger if they have one that came from the vendor. It's a nice touch.
