Just buy directly from the main source: google Ortlieb Velocity 20L. Got mine for 85€ and the only difference (besides about 150€) is the two missing numbers printed on the back.

Well I found a source yesterday, the store is located in Canada. They are selling it $480 with tax and shipping, I don't know if it's a good deal or not. Oh and they are this FW2014

no, Ortlieb creates the bags for 11. It's a collaboration between both companies. They use existing designs with minor adjustments in the details, for example the duffle is way different than the original Ortlieb, but are slowly creating their own together with Ortlieb. Quality is 100% the same. It's a good move they decided to work together for the accessories and learn from each other. you already can see this collaboration affected the fabric research for their clothing this season. Ortlieb logo is still on the 11 bags if I'm correct.
