Yes, it is an over dress. Oops. And to each their own, as I do not believe that it is worth it to argue the validity of "to break, or not to break".

Personally prefer the non-break as is because it visually brings the eye past the waistline and lengthens the torso. Also, it really maximizes the effect of the see through skirt, which is awesome.
Break vs. non-break is always a good, legitimate topic.

Holger I really like it overall, but I would try maybe a grey denim instead? I cant help but feel that the blue detracts from the colors in the rest of the outfit.
