I think the boot and cropped pant combo work well. The drape of the shirt fits with the overall silhouette, but people around here don't take to kindly to ironic prints (unless it's a yohji sweater). But that watch must go, it's way too big for you and it's formality clashes with the rest of the outfit.

^ ok, if you mean how i referred to the boots i'm sorry - didn't mean any offense by it, it was intended to be light-hearted in tone. they are quite unusual and outlandish, hence my choice of wording. your choice of outfit to me almost emphasises this through the contrast, which i suspect is intentional. my suggestions were based on my personal preferences and i realize you prefer stronger visual statements than i.

as for bsr contradicting himself or not, i feel he was, since he said that my comment on personally wearing shorts more casually wouldn't work (since the DD shorts are "formal"), but on the other hand he says that formal and unformal can match well...

in any case, sorry if i came across as snooty. i am thoroughly enjoying time spent on this forum and will continue to voice my opinions, but try to do so in a less abrasive manner. one love.

I think you are here for the wrong reasons and you are lucky people have largely ignored you, probably hoping that you would go away. So, here is some advice - post less, read more. Look around and see what people are talking about. Otherwise, this will quickly become another WAYWT teenage drama, and we've had enough of those.
